Nada Alic
I'm a writer based in Los Angeles. My debut story collection BAD THOUGHTS was published by Vintage Books in July 2022. It was a New York Times Editors' Choice Pick, a finalist for the Danuta Gleed Literary Award and was featured in The Cut, NYLON, The Creative Independent, BOMB and elsewhere. My writing has appeared in Harper's Bazaar, Los Angeles Review of Books, Document Journal and other publications. I'm currently working on a novel, forthcoming from Knopf.

Previously, I was an editorial director and community manager for brands like Etsy, Society6, Gap Inc., Athleta and others. For nearly a decade, I advocated for the growth and wellbeing of independent artists across all disciplines.
